Choosing a Brief

1. A promotion package for the release of an album, to include a music promo video, together with two of the following options: 

 
• a digipak for the album’s release; 
• a magazine advertisement for the digipak.

For my A level media coursework I have chosen the brief of creating a music video (see above). I have produced an indie music video, poster and Digi pack. I have decided to choose this specific brief as I have a have a love for music and an interest in directing and cinematography and I think that this brief included these three elements. As well as this I believe that this topic links well with my AS music magazine coursework as I am exploring the same industry and genre and studying this at A level will help me to develop my understanding and knowledge.

This is my finished Digipack. I have responded to my audience feedback by using all six panels in order to adhere to digipack conventions. I have included song lyrics on the top right image. I have also changed my "palace" font to a sleeker more modern font that fits better with my music video.
